These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolsDoc(the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of the tools

Every calculator, converter, file tool, image tool, text tool, developer tool, and generator on ToolsDoc is provided free of charge, for personal and commercial use, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results are estimates intended for general, informational purposes only, based on the inputs you provide and standard formulas or public data for the relevant tool.

2. Not professional advice

Tools in categories such as health, tax, finance, and construction are aids for estimation only. They do not replace advice from a doctor, accountant, financial advisor, structural engineer, or other qualified professional. Tax calculators are based on published brackets and rules for the year indicated and may not reflect every personal circumstance, recent legislative changes, or state-specific rules. Health and fitness calculators (BMI, calorie, pregnancy, and similar tools) are not medical diagnoses. Always confirm decisions that affect your health, finances, or safety with a licensed professional.

3. Accuracy of results

We build each tool against recognized formulas or public reference data and test them for correctness, but we cannot guarantee that every result is free of error, especially where formulas, tax law, or reference rates change over time. If you notice an incorrect result, please report it through our Contact page so we can fix it.

4. Your content and files

File and image tools (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and image converters) process your uploads entirely in your browser — files are not uploaded to our servers. You remain solely responsible for the files and content you process using the Site, and for having the rights necessary to do so.

5. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsDoc and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any result produced by a tool on the Site.

6. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Site;
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Site at abusive volume;
• Use the Site to process, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misrepresent the source of the Site's tools.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, and branding of ToolsDoc belong to its operators. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy, resell, or republish the Site itself without permission.

9. Third-party links and data

Some tools (such as currency and metal-price converters) rely on third-party data providers for live rates. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of that external data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site grows. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever a change is made.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
